What are the shipping costs?

We ship locally and internationally from Sweden, so a shipping fee will be charged separately depending on the package weight. It will be shown in the payment page. 

 

Where do you ship the products?

Currently we only sell to Sweden and Japan.

In the future, we will proceed with preparations to be able to ship within the EU and the United States, so please wait a little longer.

 

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email?

If you have placed an order with Circuliv but have not received an order confirmation email, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact us from the inquiry form. They will review and update your order information to ensure that you receive order confirmation emails correctly.

How can I confirm that my order has been completed?

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered when your order was completed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your junk mail folder (or spam folder). Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your order confirmation to arrive.

If you do not receive a confirmation email even after checking your spam mail and waiting for 24 hours, we recommend that you contact us using the inquiry form.

What if I enter an incorrect address?

If you have entered incorrect information such as your delivery address, e-mail address, or phone number, please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form. Please note that you are responsible for any additional costs that may occur if your order has already been shipped and incorrect information affects the delivery of your package.

Is it possible to change after ordering?

In order to deliver the product to the customer as soon as possible, we will promptly start the procedure for delivery when the customer places the order. Therefore, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that if the item you ordered has already been processed in our warehouse, we cannot change it.

How can I cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. However, our packing and shipping department is committed to delivering products to our customers as quickly as possible, so it may be difficult to cancel an order. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be secured.

 

Claim

What if my package or product is damaged upon arrival?

If the product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form with pictures of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item. We will contact you as soon as we receive a photo of the damaged packaging and product. Please do not send damaged products back to us yourself.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

First, please double check your order confirmation to confirm your order. If you have not received your order, please contact us. (Inquiry form)

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

In general, your package will be delivered in 2 weeks (8 to 14 business days) for customers in Japan, or 3-5 business days within Sweden, which is calculated from the day after the order is placed.

We ship from Sweden, so international shipping may be suspended due to international circumstances, or it may take longer than usual to ship.

If you do not receive the product within the promised delivery date, please double check that you have entered the correct information when placing your order. If you have entered the correct information, please contact us via the inquiry form within 30 business days after placing your order.

 

How can I track my parcel?

Your order will be packed and shipped as soon as possible. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, your package number will be activated and you will receive another email containing a tracking link. If you do not receive the tracking link, please contact us using the inquiry form .

Do I need to pay any duties or customs fees?

Orders shipped to Japan may be subject to import taxes and duties. We are not responsible for these additional charges.

Why is my tracking link not activated?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for the tracking link to become active.

What happens if I refuse to receive my package?

For items that are returned to us because you did not collect the item, we will charge a handling fee of about 500sek for our packing fee and return shipping fee.

 

 

Returns

Is it possible to return the ordered product?

Items purchased from Circuliv have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have the right to contact Circuliv and return the purchased products within 14 days from the date you received the ordered products or the date on which the ordered products arrived at your pick-up location.

Can I return the item with the label removed?

In some cases, the product can be returned only in the factory condition and with the label attached to the product. Otherwise, it cannot be returned. We will only accept requests for items that have arrived.

Please contact us once to confirm whether the item is in a returnable condition.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or other damage, please submit a claim using the contact form.

How do I return an item I ordered?

Please note that the return must be sent back to Sweden and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The parcel must be packed exactly the way you received it from us.

Please contact us once to confirm whether the item is in a returnable condition.

 

Are there any costs for returns?

In the case of a return, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro debit card and American Express.
