Product delivery time

We usually ship within 7 business days after receiving your order. However, if there is a delay due to out-of-stock, unfavorable weather, delivery company circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by e-mail. In addition, if you wish to resize, it may take 1 to 10 days more than the estimated number of days above.

For reserved products, please check the display for each product.

About returns and exchanges

When the ordered product arrives, please be sure to check that there are no scratches or defects on the product, and that there are no errors in your order with the tag attached.

*Please note that we cannot respond to products that have passed 8 days from arrival.

 

Defects (dirt/damage) or wrong products due to our responsibility

We take all possible measures to deliver the product, but in the unlikely event that the delivered product is soiled or damaged, or if it is different from the product you ordered, please return the defective product. We will exchange it for a non-defective product. If we cannot arrange a replacement product, we will refund the price.

Please note that even in this case, the following items cannot be returned.

・Items that have passed 10 days since arrival

・Used, refurbished, washed or cleaned products

・Products whose tags/labels have been cut off or whose accessories have been lost

・Products with odors, stains or scratches from customers

・Items whose condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including boxes and accessories)

・Other products not eligible for return

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

We accept returns and exchanges for products within 10 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee in that case.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items, even within 8 days of arrival.

・Used, refurbished, washed or cleaned products

・Products whose tags/labels have been cut off or whose accessories have been lost

・Products with odors, stains or scratches from customers

・Items whose condition at the time of return is significantly different from that at the time of delivery (including boxes and accessories)

・Other products not eligible for return (products that have been repaired, discounted products, etc.)
